City of Los Angeles Emergency Renter’s Assistance Program (ERAP) Part 2
The City of Los Angeles is working with the State of California Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) to administer the City’s Emergency Renter’s Assistance Program (ERAP) (Part 2). HCD’s portal opened September 1, 2021, to accept applications by tenants and landlords.
Applicants should go directly to HCD’s portal here: https://housing.ca.gov or call 833-430-2122.
